From your order to your contracts, everything you need to know is here.

Ordering steps
This guide explains how to order on hediyesahibi.com, how to access your contract and where to turn if something goes wrong.

Choosing products
On the product page, check the essential features and the price including VAT, choose the quantity and click "Add to cart". Products made to order and perishable products are shown with a notice that there is no right of withdrawal.

Cart
Check the products and quantities in your cart, change or remove them if needed, apply a discount coupon if you have one and go to checkout.

Delivery and contact details
Enter your e-mail address, the delivery address and the recipient's details. When sending a gift, you can enter the person receiving the gift as the recipient.

Invoice details
If your invoice details differ from the delivery details, enter them separately and choose a personal or company invoice.

Gift options (optional)
Tick gift wrapping, a gift note or a gift receipt without prices if you wish. Paid options are shown as separate lines in the order summary.

Payment method
Choose one of the payment methods offered (Bank transfer).

Pre-contract information and acceptance
Read the pre-contract information summary directly above the order button. Click the Pre-information Form and Distance Sales Agreement links to read the texts filled in with your cart and your details, then tick the confirmation box.

Confirming the order
When you click the order button, you accept an obligation to pay the order total.

Order confirmation
Once your order is received, an order confirmation page is shown and an order confirmation e-mail is sent to your e-mail address.
Storage of and access to the contract
- The Pre-information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement you accepted are stored electronically for your order and kept for at least 3 years.
- They are sent to you in the first confirmation e-mail of your order. If you ordered with an account, you can also find them on the order page under My Account > Orders for as long as your account exists.
- The general texts of the contracts are always published on the website; you can print or save the documents from your browser.
Spotting and correcting input errors
- Before you confirm your order, the order summary on the checkout page shows the products, quantities, shipping fee, additional services and the total amount.
- You can correct wrong details on the checkout page before confirming the order, and go back to the cart to change products and quantities.
- If you notice a mistake after confirming the order, contact us at [email protected] or +90 553 647 99 07 before the order is shipped.
Dispute resolution
The Buyer may send requests and complaints about orders, delivery, withdrawal and other matters to the Seller by phone at +90 553 647 99 07, by e-mail to [email protected] or to the KEP address [email protected]. There is no separate complaints channel.
In case of a dispute, the Buyer may apply, within the monetary limits set every year by the Ministry of Trade (186.000 TL for 2026), to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where the Buyer lives or where the consumer transaction took place; for disputes above that limit, to the consumer court, after the mandatory application to a mediator before filing a lawsuit under article 73/A of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Applications to the consumer arbitration committee can also be made online through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet.
