Article 2 – Subject and scope
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the sale and delivery of the goods ordered electronically by the Buyer on the Seller's website, whose features and sale price are stated below. The Pre-information Form is an integral part of this agreement; the information in it cannot be changed unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
Article 3 – Goods, price and payment
The essential features of the goods are described on the respective product page.
The name, quantity, unit price including VAT and total price of the goods are shown at the payment step and in the copy prepared for your order.
- All prices shown on the website and in this document are in Turkish lira and include VAT (KDV). Price changes made after the order is placed do not affect the order.
- The shipping fee is 170,00 ₺ (VAT included). Shipping is free for orders of 1.000,00 ₺ or more after discounts. The shipping fee of your order is shown separately in the order summary at the payment step.
- Paid additional services such as gift wrapping are never pre-selected; they are added to the order as a separate line only if the Buyer explicitly chooses them.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit / debit card, Bank transfer.
- Credit and debit card payments are processed by the licensed payment institution PayTR; the Seller never sees or stores card details. Instalment options, if any, are shown at the payment step.
- For bank transfer (Havale/EFT), the order total must be sent to the Seller's account below within 3 days of the order, with the order number in the payment reference. Orders not paid within this period are cancelled. Bank / institution: Halkbank — Account holder: Mehmet Fatih Çetin — IBAN: TR40 0001 2009 8000 0009 0008 67.
- Using the website to conclude the contract costs the Buyer nothing beyond their usual communication charges. The Seller does not ask for a deposit or any other financial guarantee.
Article 4 – Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in Türkiye only. The goods are delivered to the delivery address given in the order, to the Buyer or to the person the Buyer names (for example the recipient of a gift).
- Parcels are shipped with our contracted carrier Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Your order is handed over to the carrier within 3 business days at the latest after your payment is confirmed. The carrier's transit time depends on the delivery address. Except for goods made to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs (made to order), delivery will in no case exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days from the date the order reaches the Seller. For goods made to order, the production and delivery time is communicated to the Buyer separately.
- The Seller is liable for loss of or damage to the goods until they are delivered to the Buyer or to a person the Buyer names other than the carrier. If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, we recommend asking the courier to record the damage in a report; this recommendation does not limit the Buyer's statutory rights.
- If supplying the ordered goods becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer in writing or on a durable medium within 3 days of learning of it and refunds all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of that notice at the latest. Goods being out of stock does not count as impossibility.
- If the Seller does not deliver within the promised time, the Buyer may terminate the contract. The Seller then refunds all payments, including delivery costs, with statutory interest within 14 days of receiving the termination notice.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the delivery address is incomplete or wrong, or because nobody is available to receive it, the Seller contacts the Buyer to reschedule the delivery.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
- Period: The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the Buyer or to a third person the Buyer names (for example the recipient of a gift). If one order is delivered in several parcels, the day the last item is received counts; for goods consisting of several parts, the day the last part is received. The Buyer may also withdraw between the conclusion of the contract and delivery. Handing the goods to the carrier does not count as delivery to the Buyer.
- Notice: It is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal to the Seller in writing or on a durable medium before the period expires: to the e-mail address [email protected], to the KEP address [email protected] or to Süleymaniye Mah. Siyavuşpaşa Sk. Asilsoy Ticaret Merkezi No: 12/24 Kat: 2 Dükkan: 13 Fatih / İstanbul. The Buyer may use the model withdrawal form or make any other clear statement of the decision to withdraw. The Seller confirms receipt of the notice by e-mail.
- Returning the goods: Within 14 days of sending the notice, the Buyer sends the goods back to Süleymaniye Mah. Siyavuşpaşa Sk. Asilsoy Ticaret Merkezi No: 12/24 Kat: 2 Dükkan: 13 Fatih / İstanbul with the return carrier designated by the Seller, Yurtiçi Kargo, using the Seller's contracted return code 543196126. Returns sent with this carrier are at the Seller's expense; the Buyer is not charged any return costs. If the carrier has no branch where the Buyer is located, the Seller arranges collection from the Buyer at no extra cost. If the Buyer uses another carrier, the refund period starts when the goods reach the Seller.
- Refund: Within 14 days of the goods being handed to the designated return carrier, the Seller refunds all payments received, including the delivery costs (shipping fee) and additional services such as gift wrapping, in a single payment, using a method matching the one the Buyer paid with and without any cost or obligation for the Buyer. If the Buyer withdraws before delivery, this period starts when the notice reaches the Seller. Card payments are refunded to the same card; when the amount appears on the card depends on the issuing bank. Bank transfer payments are refunded to a bank account in the Buyer's name that the Buyer provides.
- Partial returns: If the Buyer withdraws for only some of the items, the price of the returned items is refunded. No shipping fee is charged afterwards even if the remaining amount falls below the free-shipping threshold, and no shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
- Gift wrapping: Opening the gift wrap or gift packaging does not remove the right of withdrawal; gift wrap is not protective packaging within the meaning of the statutory exceptions.
- Condition of the goods: The Buyer is not liable for changes and deterioration resulting from use of the goods in line with their operation, technical specifications and instructions during the withdrawal period. Returning the goods with their invoice and, if possible, in their original packaging speeds up the process, but this is not a condition for withdrawal.
- Ancillary contracts: On withdrawal, ancillary contracts linked to this contract (for example the gift wrapping service) end automatically without any cost, compensation or penalty for the Buyer.
Details on exercising the right of withdrawal are also given on the Returns and Exchanges page. The model withdrawal form is annexed to this agreement.
Article 6 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Unless the parties agree otherwise, under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, for example products made to order with a name, photo, date or message (art. 15(1)(b)). Such products are marked "made to order — no right of withdrawal" on the product page, in the cart and at the payment step.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or may pass their expiry date, for example flowers and food (art. 15(1)(c)). Such products are marked "perishable — no right of withdrawal" on the product page, in the cart and at the payment step.
- Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package were opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (art. 15(1)(ç)).
- Books, digital content and computer consumables supplied on a physical medium whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package were opened after delivery (art. 15(1)(e)).
Article 7 – Defective goods
The Seller must deliver the goods free of defects and in accordance with the contract and the advertised features. If the goods are defective, the Buyer may, under article 11 of Law No. 6502, choose to withdraw from the contract with a refund of the price, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or replacement with an equivalent defect-free item. Liability for defective goods is subject to a two-year limitation period from delivery, unless the law provides a longer period. The Seller bears the cost of sending defective goods back.
Article 8 – Other rights and obligations of the parties
- The Buyer confirms that the information given in the order is correct and up to date and that, when sending a gift, they share the recipient's details only for the purpose of delivery.
- The Seller delivers the goods intact, complete and with the features stated in the order. The Seller issues the invoice electronically and sends it to the Buyer's e-mail address; for parcels with a gift receipt without prices, no document showing the price is put in the package.
Article 9 – Personal data and commercial electronic messages
The Buyer's personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy. Commercial electronic messages about campaigns and promotions are sent to the Buyer only with the Buyer's separate consent per channel; this consent is not a condition of the contract.
Article 10 – Dispute resolution
The Buyer may send requests and complaints about orders, delivery, withdrawal and other matters to the Seller by phone at +90 553 647 99 07, by e-mail to [email protected] or to the KEP address [email protected]. There is no separate complaints channel.
In case of a dispute, the Buyer may apply, within the monetary limits set every year by the Ministry of Trade (186.000 TL for 2026), to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where the Buyer lives or where the consumer transaction took place; for disputes above that limit, to the consumer court, after the mandatory application to a mediator before filing a lawsuit under article 73/A of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Applications to the consumer arbitration committee can also be made online through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet.
Article 11 – Record keeping
This agreement, the pre-contract information, the acceptance records and the order details are kept by the Seller for at least 3 years. The Seller's electronic records may also be used as evidence in disputes about this agreement; the Buyer's right to submit any kind of evidence is reserved.
Article 12 – Entry into force
At the payment step, the Buyer declares by ticking the confirmation box that they have read and accept the Pre-information Form and this agreement. The agreement is concluded electronically and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order. A copy is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address after the order is confirmed; Buyers with an account can also find it under My Account > Orders.
